I've done good at staying in my calorie range .. I've just noticed I have a lot of carby foods .. I will have to try some of your suggestions...I'll definitely be picking up some gum to munch on instead of eating.. Hopefuly that will help

Carbs are my "comfort food" I'm not really into sweets so having toast or bread an peanut butter is my first go to... My problem is I just over do it.. My stomach says more lol

Nothing medical... I just love them too much haha of I get bored I'll reach for bread and just eat it.. Or too much fries or potatoes.. I just feel more filled with carbs but I know I do too much of them and I just want to know if their is something that can give me that same feeling that carbs do

Its been a while since I've discussed it.. My dad has iron deficiency as well so I just assumed it was hereditary because my son is on iron as well

Thank you.. I mean I have always been a big girl but before I had kids I was very active and I hiked all the time but I never considered that working out because I enjoyed it .. Hiking with toddlers is not easy haha too many cliffs and my son is fast an fearless.. I can't wait until they are older so I can take them

When I walk or I have one of those stair machines my knees and lower back hurt horribly. And I do believe the pain is because of being overweight but like I said I just was curious how long it took before the hurt started to feel better and working out felt more routine (does that make sense)

I do crust then a jar of salsa, cut up a green pepper and a white onion and then I put some shredded cooked chicken on top and then top it with Mexican cheese... Its pretty good and not too bad on calories.

Well I have my friend hiding my scale right now and only pulling it out on Monday's .. Its better that way.. I lost 4 lbs in one week because I was focusing on working out and eating right instead of focusing on my scale constantly

Yes I do know it's pointless to do it so much. Its become like an unconscious habit.. Haha just hoping the scale would show me an awesome number after doing a great workout.. I know that's not how life works I do.. Its just a mental fantasy that I will see a massive difference quickly lol
