Pick lean beef cuts or chicken breast. Marinate for flavor. Grilling is good! Measure small portions of starches. Eat large portions of low calorie salads and roasted or microwaved veggies such as carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, squash, and cabbage.

Don't diet on a cruise! Yeah, mine leaves in 2 weeks. I went to Vegas and only gained 3 lbs; I think I will survive a 5 day cruise. Those fru fru drinks don't get you far - you could stick with diet coke mixers or lite beer???

I try to eat lots of things that are low calorie - pickles, cukes, carrots, or roasted veggies
