3lbs is great! Heck to see any negative numbers would be a big deal to me. It's sometimes shameful to track everything but I will do it anyways. Mostly because i feel guilty seeing how much I eat.

You'll definitely be feeling enough energy if you eat a proper vegan diet. Beans and lentils are a life saver! I would suggest staying away from anything overly processed like "tofurkey" or any other fake meat substitutes unless you're really craving it. I'm a snack-a-holic myself. But I replaced junk food with fruits and veggies. It takes some adjusting but you gotta have the desire to change. Sacrifice or belly fat? It's your choice in the end.
