I came on to post about something similar. I feel your pain. I've lost 18 lbs and my waist measurement is exactly the same as when I started. The last time I was this weight was more than 20 years ago, and I fit clothes two sizes smaller. Not now.

Hi and welcome! I just joined up also. I'm sorry you've had such health problems. I may need a cardio surgery before long and I'm trying to get stronger and lose weight. Congratulations on the weight you've lost--it isn't easy, for sure.
