I haven't been on any sort of proper track fora few weeks now, I am finding it daunting and frustrating to enter my foods, but I have been active an average of 1.5 hours each day!! I am up 4 lbs this week, which seems astronomical compared to what I perceive myself to have eaten, but who knows!

Yes! I am in! I am at 226, down from 245 since Christmas and would ideally like to get to 160 but I will settle with 170 if it looks good on me. I have never really been below 200 for any real amount of time. Getting there is just step 1 for me, and not becoming bored with it!
