  • I like almond milk for coffee. I tried coconut creamer and could not taste or see a creamy look. I have have heard that ground flax seed meal mixed with a little bit of water (let it sit for five minutes to let it gel) is a good egg replacement. Also, I have seen puréed banana or applesauce as an oil/butter replacement.
  • I am new too. Have you heard of The Happy Pear channel on YouTube? They have a ton of vegan recipes and run a store/restaurant in Ireland. I got some good ideas off their videos.

  • Add me as well. I am doing Starch Solution diet and following as much as possible high carb low fat vegan. I am new to eating this way.
  • How about steamed rice with cooked broccoli and corn. To keep it very low fat, I make a Dijon mustard/lemon juice dressing and mix it in.

  • I am starting on week 3 of following a mix of Starch Solution and Raw Till '4. I love it so far. Watching a lot of Vegan YouTube videos to learn more and have checked out a lot of plant based books at the library to read. Dr. McDougall really has a great channel with hour long video nutritional webinars.
