I have also tried Oroweat Keto bread, and Healthy Noodles from Costco. The noodles are the best lowcarb noodles I have ever had so far. The bread makes good toast and grilled cheese but not sure about ingredients or how I felt after. Wondering if anyone had these and measured their blood glucose after?

I'm craving fried fish but it's really a hassle to do this at home and no other way to get it keto outside. The bowls, i think they are not, but they made me think of that too.

I'm just seeing these and dying!

Thank you! I will look for these as well. I tried the egg cauliflower thins and disliked them strongly. And the La Banderita or Mission low carb ones, I just don't feel they are exactly low carb. I like tortillas for a quick pizza.

Hi @canadjineh ! I was working like crazy and wasn't on here the past couple of weeks so just seeing it. But oh my god. Yes. This bread is a dream. I tried a couple of other new "keto" breads around since and they hurt my stomach. Yes, I do wish it was cheaper but I agree that I use it less anyways and the ingredients are…

So I finally found Carbonaut at my local Whole Foods. Yay! It's pricey but it seems worth it considering ingredients, carb amount, and texture!
-
I was wondering did you ever check if/how they effect you?
-
I had done this with just almond flour. Will need to try with parmesan too.

Just seeing this... family emergency health kept me away and I am trying to come back and get on track by the end of the week. I was wondering why you avoid soy? My endocrinologist had told me years ago to cut soy but I was eating so much back then as a vegetarian.

Agreed with all of the above. And yes, being able to have grilled cheese changes everything for me. Or pizza with the wraps but I can't tell how detrimental they may be. Sola is cheaper at Costco. Not always in stock though. I will look for these other ones listed here as well. I am trying to get back on track but have…

when i was more focused and starting a few years ago, i found that in lots of other forums too many people start advocating against keto eating. i found that this specific forum most of the time will offer lots of advice, info, etc. sometimes here too there will be people who insist too much on a purely carnivorous diet in…

Thank you. I'm in the southern US. I checked their website. But will look more.

I do love the wasa with the sesame. Or any wasa with cream cheese. This carbonaut bread looks great. I'd rather not order bread on amazon though. Will check grocery stores. thanks.

I always ate as much strawberries and raspberries as I wanted and lost on keto the entire time. I understand everyone's different. For me it was a huge motivator. Lack of fruit and bread is the hardest for me too on keto.

Let me also add to this list Wasa Crisps and Joseph's Bakery Wraps

As I recovered from multiple surgeries leg, shoulder and elbow, when all my muscle had atrophied, I was working with first the weight of the limbs themselves and then just a pound or so. Yes, you will build muscle this way. Reps matter a lot.
-
Two of my friends, they are sisters and took after their dad, immediately build muscle super easily with not even that much effort but a little athletics. Genes matter a ton. I'd say you are lucky. I would love muscular arms and legs.

Thank you for the link!

Thank you, this is encouraging!

This is an excellent reminder and advice. Thanks

Well, here is to hoping! I look fine with 168, but want to be a bit slimmer than fine. It might be a male female difference or just muscle ration (I was assuming your response was in response to my post)

Thank you for sharing this. I have started doing some reps, but a few sets a day. I will look into getting smaller weights and doing more. This is inspiring. And sorry about the heart failure but good to hear that you are well now.

You can add me as well.

This is pretty much my situation too. I dropped from 216+ to 178 between Sep 2016 and April 2017, then a little more by next September. Then it has been up and down, mostly between high 180s and low 180s. I have lots more to lose and need to get back to it properly this time. I am trying to remember the things that worked…

I don't know if it helps hair but I use collagen that I get from Amazon, pretty good price. I certainly noticed a lot of hair loss when I first started. Had really connected it to Metformin, but it might have been the keto/weight loss. I don't lose hair the same now and still on Metformin, so possibly collagen helping? I…

thanks @amdev23_23 . That's helpful to know!

I would like to add that any transition period is complicated. I find the transition week to low carb always hard to adjust, sleep is hard, and the need to pee frequently is real and disruptive. It'a new set of rules one asks oneself to adhere and there is a lot of stress there which can trigger lots of things. That said,…

I appreciate those things for they help me adapt quickly without feeling deprived. And I immediately feel so so much better. I really think I get ill e.g. the common cold etc.. only when I'm not keto. I also feel much less tired and so on. But I guess they are really easy to overeat, cause they are dense and even if one is…

I’ve been thinking about this quiet a bit and I think it’s true at least to a degree. I could definitely eat much less fat head, much less cheese, nut butters etc. Though without all of that I wouldn’t have been able to get keto, being that I don’t track, those good things are easy to have too much of.

thank you @mmultanen this should be the way to think. it does suck though to lose progress made. i don't wanna dwell on it too much but really want to make this the attitude so one night of indulgence doesn't become a month and fifteen pounds.
