Decided to attempt to start back at Week 3, Day 1 as Week 2 is just super easy for me. Glad that I didn't doubt myself. Did Week 3 very easily so, it's onwards and upwards.

Just getting back into the groove! Did my Saturday workout today. Feels good to be starting back at it. Did chest, back, shoulders, triceps, biceps, quads, hamstrings and abs for the strength portion of my workout. Then followed that up with the Week 3 Couch to 5K run. Feeling good!

I'm in to Week 2 but got sidetracked. I'm confident that I can start back again at Week 2. Starting over from scratch is just not easy as Week 2 still feels really easy. I will report my progress.

I'm joining a little late. My challenge is to do a workout (cardio & strength training) Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday. Also including some yoga on my rest days on some of my workout days. I created this workout schedule not too long ago and would like to be consistent with it this month.

Just starting this challenge today. Trying to get myself back on track after the Holiday Weekend. I have all healthy foods available to me just have to stick with those choices, avoid any junk and throw in a workout sometime today.
