  • Just wondered if you all went sugar free & how it is going? Do you follow anyone's plan or just go it alone? I've looked at sugar free but do you have too many calories instead?
  • And if each dumpling is 75 calories, 4 of them (400 gram) would be 300 cals.
  • 100 gm is 75 cals. (nothing to do with weight of product) The same 100 gm is made up of 6gm protein, 14gm of fat, 41gm of carbohydrate. Add another 39gm of un-named nutrients = 100gm weight
