I was clean eating for a while until life got busy & I went for 'easy' options. Clean eating is simply unprocessed or minimally processed foods. I was going for fruit, veges, meat & complex carbs. I cut out sugar & all white/ processed forms of carbs. I was still having treats, but they were raw, not processed & homemade.…

I was vegetarian for about a year. My favourite recipes were nachos! Corn chips, heat lentils & salsa on the stove, put on top, add cheese, microwave & guac on top. You can also put veggies in this too! :) I also love pumpkin ravioli!! A tip for if you go vegan, most dry pasta is vegan! ☺

I've just set up my garmin vivosmart with MFP. I'm doing the guides & using MFP to try and use/ understand macros a bit better! :) This is my 2nd attempt at the guides and ive been on week 2 for about 3 weeks haha
