I know I’m a stress drinker. Had a situation with my partner that I wrote about in May’s thread and stand and ate to excess calories Thurs and Friday so three days in a row. Could the reason you still have high cholesterol is because you’re still on a high fat diet? Your own body fat that is full of toxins that you are burning off and getting into your system. I would be interested in seeing that once you have lost all your weight and maintain what your cholesterol would be.

This is definitely a valid strategy with a bit of a caveat.. as you get closer to that goal weight its going to slow down a lot. Your age will also have something to do with it too. I have to eat 300 calories less at 60 than I would at 25.
