Hi! Mostly WFPB with a bit of meat as a condiment once in a while. No dairy - lactose intolerant and a wheat sensitivity which has shown up the last year. I feel much better when I don’t eat it. IF 16/8 - 2 meals a day is works for me.

If it was so easy to lose weight then there wouldn’t be a weight lost industry making millions of dollars each year. We wouldn’t need this site either. For YOU it might of been easy but for a whole lot of people it isn’t.

Yikes! I drink Canadian beer - Cariboo Genuine. 1 can = 140 calories.

I put my stats into a BMR calculator and chose a number in the middle, 140. When I get close I’ll let the mirror tell me if I need to lose more or I’m good.

Didn’t give up the beer just plan it into my daily calories. 3 beers = 420 calories.🥳 Not everyday. No light beer for me!!!! 🤮

When I wasn’t counting calories I wasn’t losing weight. Actually slowly putting it on. Now I found out how many calories I need to lose weight and count them. I’m losing weight plus I see what foods are high calories and I cut them down... like beer!😂🍺

I'm not a class/participation type person, so aquafit wasn't a good fit for me. Water jogging however? I bought myself an aquajogging belt, a waterproof music player, and had at it. It looks extremely silly while you're doing it, but it's a very good workout. Just offering this as a suggestion for all the introverts out…

I have arthritis and started doing aquafit. It’s wonderful! I can do a whole range of motions and exercises in the water for an hour each time and nothing hurts. Just feel really energize.

What I did is figure out what my calories were at my goal weight and that’s what I eat. It seems to be working. The weight is going down.
