That’s it, they’re eating from scratch not processed foods and Good quality foods. My neighbours eat small portions of meat and know where it comes from. I’ve done IF for several years now. First meal between 11-1 and the second 5-7. My body has gotten use to it and I’m never hungry outside of those times. All the scientific reports I’ve read say it’s really good for your body. Keeps it in catabolic state longer.

Totally lose weight when I stop drinking. Same reason. Snacking plus empty calories from the beer. I always go over my daily calorie goal.

Thank you for the recipe! I ‘m going to make up a container of ice tea right now for the unhappy hours which for me is 3 - 5. If I don’t have anything to drink by 5 I usually don’t have any cravings so don’t drink. I also don’t drink after I’ve had dinner. I try to have my dinner between 5 & 6.
