Didn't think I'd ever post one like this, but here goes!!

Happy about my great day at the gym today - I achieved my first triple digit free weight lift - 100 lbs on the bench press (45 from the bar plus 55 in plates).

First triple digit free weight lift today! 100 lbs on the bench press. Now to clarify, I mean the 45 of the bar plus 55 in plates, but that does equal 100!

Thank you. I think one thing that is helping it grow is that for about two weeks now,I've been doing the big exercises like squats, bench and deadlifts. Not an impressive amount of weight yet, but I've finally broken through my reluctance to actually be under some weight on the bar.

Just wanted to see how well my beard plays with my suit.

I've been told my eyes and smile...hoping the beard is as well. Not sure about any of the three of those, though.

It's been a little while, but I'm back!

I've been busy these last few weeks - but now I'm back - and as you can see, I've had a trim since the last pic. Today, I'm enjoying some hot chocolate at a local coffee shop.
