Congratulations on running! Running makes you feel great. Just for a comparison, I'm 51 and I do a walk jog combo. Right now I'm only running a 13 minute mile. I used to run a lot and during that time it was an 8 or 9 minute mile. I feel just as great with my slower mile and will probably do less damage to my joints. Keep…
