  • I didn't take any full body pics when I started. I didn't ever want to see all that. I finally took one the other day with clothes on so I had something to go off of. I still hate it but hope I see some changes! I find before and after pics a HUGE motivator!!!

  • Thanks for the advice and your opinions. I think I'm going to keep it as close to 1200 as I can but on days I'm hungry I will bump it up to 1500. This makes me feel better and not so guilty!
