I have so many plant based recipes in pintrest. They have all sorts of foods. I've been loving smoothie bowls and over night oats. I have made delicious bean tacos, casseroles and enchiladas. They all have came out so yummy. If you would like some of the recipes I have made send me a message.

I'm turning to vegan for health and saving animals along the way. I want to be healthy for my son and future babies to come. I have been good but sometimes I get my moments and tend to slip a little. But with great support I know I won't slip anymore.

It's great that you are tying your best to not eat meat. I know it's hard but with good support you will accomplish it. I read that great protein for vegans come from beans, nuts I can't remember what else. But there is a whole lot of variety that give protein.

You click on the name & then a popup of that person pops up. So you click again on the name or send them a message. So once you get to their profile there is this blue guy looking icon with a + sign. That's how you add them. I have an iPhone. So I don't know if it looks different on android. Hope it helps.
