The recipes on Hungry Girl are good too. They combine pasta and cauliflower so you get both. Even my kids like them!

I like to cook to and just "experimented" (as my family calls it) with this. They all liked it. It seems like a lot of steps but you can be cooking a lot of the things simultaneously.
