Hello! I jog in place for 20 minutes and I also walk in for 20 minutes everyday. I follow a YouTube channel Brian Syuki and he has lots of videos on jogging in place. Jogging in place and walking in place help me to get my steps in. 10000 steps a day. Good luck on your fitness journey.

Hello, I'm 51 years old and 6 feet tall my goal weight is 200 lbs. I reached a weight of 270 at my heaviest and it was time for a change. I just started lifting light weights and stay away from heavy lifting because I bulk up very easy. Good luck on your weight loss journey.

You can goggle 1400 calories meals and also Pintrest is also good for looking up 1400 calorie menu. Good luck on your weight loss journey. I hope this helps.
