I eat Lindt dark chocolate. I love the ones with orange, lime, salted caramel etc. It's the only chocolate l can have in the house. I eat 2 squares a day. You can add me to the 'breakfast makes me so hungry all day' camp. I just don't eat it! Only thing l have is coffee. Milk and no sugar. I feel coffee is great for when l do feel a little hungry. I eat at 11am and the calories saved means l can have bigger meals later especially dinner.

Yes, this week has been frustrating but I've been doing this long enough to know the weight will come off a few days in. I gain half a kilo or more every time!

This is my attitude :smile: I was craving Twisties (Australian snack) which I haven't eaten or craved in years but for some reason I wanted it yesterday and ate a whole packet going over my daily intake by 500 calories. Oh well!

Do you have to have to have a budget to save money? No but for some people it's a useful tool. Some people are strict with a budget while they are clearing debt and some just reduce spending and get a second or higher paying job.
