I don't keep sweets in the house, if l did l will eat them all. I only keep some orange infused dark chocolate because it gives me my chocolate fix but it's so rich l only need a square to feel satisfied. Or just buy a small fix when you go shopping. I agree with the freezer thing too, l keep my chocolate there.

I recently spent 7 weeks in Europe and ate everything. My diet went out the window. I only put on 3kg which surprised me because l thought it would be much more. I tried at the start and gave in soon. I walked everywhere and everyday, l walked far more than l could and would here at home. I think all the walking prevented…

Thank god there is a diet version of cola. Just wish there was a diet version of chocolate, pizza and hamburgers etc that had next to no calories because I would be onto that!

No never. You can't have so much as a bite or you will put on weight. Unless you exercise 7 days then maybe you can have a bite but no more than a bite or you will put on weight. Nah... of course you can. Actually l might have some tomorrow and l might not even do exercise!
