I am going to try it today. I walked in the gym for an hour today and now am going to try to do some strength training at home. It's hard for me to get re motivated later in the day. I'm telling myself ," just do twenty minutes of weights" and setting a timer.

Eliminate sodium and eat few processed foods. Increase your roughage.Change up your gym routine. Try swimming laps if you have access to a pool. Walk 20 minutes after dinner,etc. You won't lose 2 lbs a week, maybe 1lb.
