  • As long as I eat every 3-4 hours and include protein in every meal, I've been able to get rid of all my after dinner cravings. I aim to have between 60-80 g of protein each day.

  • Try and get between 60-80 g of Protein and 20-30 g of Fiber everyday... It should help you. You might want to relook at your calorie goal and adjust your %'s for protein, fats, and carbs.

  • I use the Atkins Strawberry Shakes in the morning for breakfast. Only 150 calories and 15 g Protein. I combine it with a Morningstar Sausage Patty (80 Calories/ 10 g Protein).
  • I do cardio 5-6 days a week with strength and weight training 3-4 days a week. I've been training in gym hardcore for the past 10 years and have had to switch up my workouts every few months because of hitting plateaus.
  • I only eat between 1200-1300 that are given to me... I don't eat back the calories that are added because of my exercise. It defeats the purpose when you're trying to lose weight unless you're running a marathon or doing an extreme workout like that when you do need to actually eat more calories.
  • It depends on what your end goal is? Are you trying to get lean and toned or just lose weight? I always add in some circuit training, interval training, and weight lifting into my workouts each day so I don't lose all my muscle.
