  • I can tell you what worked for me.... Pick two different breakfasts, lunches and dinners with perfect macros and eat those 6 different meals for a week or two. Then gradually add meals to those... Before long you'll have a bunch of meal plans that will be healthy. I also think meal prep helps a ton when your first starting…
  • I had the best gains of my life doing three 45 minute workouts a week. Day 1 bench / upper body, 2 was squats / legs and day 3 was deadlifts. I lifted heavy as hell and went to failure.... Eat clean and eat more calories than you burn on lift days and eat a bit below maintanence on off days... Win!

  • I have a similar goal, I'm trying to lose 10% body fat in 5 weeks. Trying to get the easy body fat off fast since the last little bit comes off so slow haha. Good luck and keep your progress posted!
  • I hit a 6 week stall after losing 50 pounds. I ended up changing my workout routine and started lean gains and dropped like 5 % body fat in 3 weeks. Good luck..... Stalling is so frustrating!
  • Just jump in with both feet into! Diet is the biggest and hardest part for most people imo. Try to eat plenty of clean food and pick some sort of structured excercise program. I follow and love lean gains / intermittent fasting and p90x. Lost 65 pounds with that.... Good luck!

  • I'm I the same boat... Gained weight after a surgery and on track to get ripped again. Seems so much tougher than I remember hsha! Good luck to you!
