I drink only water, that cuts out a lot of calories from drinking. Also watch your portions, and try to count calories and set a number for yourself. I count…

You can do it! I've done a semi low carb diet. Mines mostly low carb, low fat, high protein. But I've done 26.5 lbs in 5 weeks

I'm in the same boat, 4 weeks ago I started my 300lb journey and after 4 weeks in I'm down about 18 pounds. At first it's hard, but this community and having willpower things will be smooth and go very easy too.
