My favorite is (homemade) 1 ripe avocado 1/4 c apple cider vinegar 1/4. c. honey/ pure maple 3 T. lime juice 1 clove garlic 1/4 c. cilantro 1/2 small jalepeno (or your preference) 1/4 c. water or more, to thin to preference

Matcha Tea also has caffeine if you are needing a pick me up drink and its a great change from coffee....although I would never give up my coffee

Heavy Whipping Cream as a coffee creamer has 0 carbs and add a little cinnamon and it gives a sweet flavor.

I've been a real food eater awhile and recently ramped up to raw juicing on weekends - for me its all been positive. Eating foods withOUT a label attached has benefited me greatly health wise.

I wouldn't say sacrifice but I'm just more mindful of my portion size. I now realize my issue was I was eating double of what I should be eating. Now I'm feeling so much better with the downsize portions ;)
