  • I'm only 4'9", current weight is 116lbs. My goal is 100lbs. I have a desk job and find it difficult to stay active. I have only recently started with MFP, and I'm finding that 1200 calories is plenty of food for the day, even too much if my Fitbit steps give me extra calories. Does anyone else feel they are eating TOO MUCH…
