I don't listen to music when I workout or run. I used to listen when I lifted. I work out at home so I can just play whatever. But I find it distracts me and I focus better without the music. So now if I hear music it's in my head.

I also do both. I really like my eggs cooked over easy. I will eat them scrambled but not my preference. So usually I make 1-2 whole eggs and then I either add the egg whites to it and cook it together or I'll cook them separately. I can only eat so many whole eggs but can add extra whites to get my protein. I love eggs.…

Well, btdt. I was a vegetarian for 10 years. Just decided to become one like you. My best advice is to work on recipes and variety. When I started I didn't know what to eat and my meals sucked at first. I still eat vegetarian meals or try to, at least a few times a week but I haven't been a vegetarian in a long time.

Well, I am eating fairly low carb right now but I don't think it really matters. It's more about the kind of carbs you eat and the quality of food you are eating. 5'4 120 lbs Small to medium Pant size is crazy and I couldn't tell you. Ladies clothes are so wacked on the sizes. I bought a size 4 and a size 9 pair of shorts the other day and both fit exactly the same. I think I wear around a 5 but really not sure.

I don't use anything to bind either. I make these alot. Usually open-faced. My favorite seasoning is chipolte seasoning but I just throw in whatever. I'm obsessed with eating these with an egg on top. I usually top it with hot sauce or salsa. I eat this all the time but I have strange taste in food.
