I'm looking for friends to do the exact same thing! I'm actually at 160 right now (most I've ever weighed & I hate it). I have a similar goal. Any tips on how you got to 140? Way to go by the way!!

Starting today till the end of April. No processed sugar/sweets. I'm having such an issue with binge stress eating. Any tips--please help!!! I'm desperate to cure my dangerous sugar addiction :(
