I have tried many MANY different pills. I have found that a multivitamin everyday seems to work best. Although if I am having a bad day, I may take a green tea pill for the caffeine.

For me it is making sure I track EVERYTHING I eat. I can not pick and choose what goes on here and what doesnt. Then get upset when I dont see results. First thing I found was that I graze.... ALOT!

I dont like drinking green tea, but I take green tea pills. they work great for me.

Wow, seems like a positive group of people. Thinking that is what I need to stay motivated. Looking to find a support group that can help me achieve goals and keep me going. Trying to lose weight while working at a job that keeps me seated for 10hrs per day is not easy.

I am in the same boat. It does not help that my job has me in a chair for 10hrs a day. My active watch hates me and always tells me to move!!! I have been switching up my baked goods for things like cantaloupe or oranges. Just so I can curb my sweet tooth and chew on something to satisfy the mental side!!

I have also done the whole stopping by somewhere and getting something to eat. It is hard. I struggle everyday as I live in a very "foodie" community.
