My alarm goes off at 3am every day seven days a week. During the week I alternate cardio days and weight days. One thing I ended up having to do was accululate equipment and build my home gym, because I had every excuse not to go to the gym. On weekends, I still get up and work out, but then I add football or basketball…

As a person who has an office job and taught at the college level in the evening, one of the first things I did was stand up. I installed a stand up desk and I never sat down when I was teaching. I found that threw out the course of a day, i would walk about 3-4 miles as I walked up and down my classroom.

To be honest, my focus was always on dialing in my food. I was doing a low carb(under 20 net carbs) as well as under 2k calories. After a few months of learning different low carb alternatives and becoming confident in my food menu.(Took about 3 months) I started walking. Goal was just 10k steps a day. Then winter hit so I…

3 years so far. 5 months of that was spent gaining back 58lbs though! The last 6 have been spent losing about 50 of those back off! I will keep pushing forward though. Would like to get into the 205 range.

Thanks guys. It has been one heck of a journey. Hoping this year i can keep working on my problem areas....and to be honest, just not have another setback like last year!

Thank you very much. Oh, as an Accountant myself, I love your name on here!!

185lbs down total. 165 on Keto.
-
Quiet type, until I find the right person to talk to. Then good luck!

Keep up the great work. I started at 408 doing Keto in Oct 2018 and in February 2020 I was 222. COVID thru me off track and I gained to 280, but now back down to 265 and still dropping. You can do it.

I would say avoid articial sugar. I started Keto at 408, got to down to 222 in about 2 years. Currently at 265 and back on track. But I found that if I had to much Coke Zero, or sugar free candy, it stalled me pretty quick. Also, change up your workout routines. I change mine all up every other month to shock my body.

Hi Guys, feel free to add me. I started Keto in October of 2018 at 408lbs. In March of 2020 I was 222lbs. Then COVID happened and work from home, and gyms closed. Got back up to 278 before I realized I was out of control. Trying to recommit. Currently back down to 268.
