I'm finally losing lost 17 now. Have had lots of plateaus though. My advice just hang in there but don't be afraid to have off days, otherwise it just feels like a diet and diets have never worked for me. This pushed me to go for a walk every day so I can still have a snack at night, I highly recommend the weight watchers…

I have only been at it for about two weeks. I'm 5 foot 2. I went with the calculator for 2 pounds a week it said 1220. I walk about a mile a day so that subtracts 129 for me.
