SW: 232.0 CW:220.4 GW:150.0 My goal for this month is to lose 8lbs. My first goal weight is onderland which I hope to get to for my birthday in February :) I just had a baby and am breastfeeding so not sure what role that will play in trying to lose weight.

Just finished L2D1! It was tough! I needed to do the modified versions and was extremely sweaty at the end! I hope by the end I can do it all without the modifications :) 30DS SW 209.0 CW 201.8

July 4 209.0 July 11 203.6 I have been doing the 30 day shred everyday as well as staying around 1200 calories. It's a big loss so I'm thinking water weight.

I just joined this group today :) I just completed W1 D4! On day 2 my leg muscles were so sore! Finally starting to feel normal again! Haha I weighed in on Sunday (my starting day) at 209.0 and am 5'1. Hoping to see some results from this program!
