  • Honestly I'm pretty sure it's water weight if that makes any sense lol when I get back on the wagon I normally have a big loss in the first little bit. I'm assuming the numbers will slow down this week. I've been aiming for 1200-1600 calories/day and tracking/weighing absolutely everything so I'm glad to see progress!
