Over all, I just want to be healthy.
eating low carb, no refined sugar, and little to no process foods.
Walking 2 miles a day. 45 min aerobic or yoga daily work out (trying to keep motivation)
Still doing Pineapple, Celery, Parsley, Lemon, Turmeric, Ginger shake every morning. I actually look forward to it now. Turmeric is very good for inflammation.

06/02. 193.4 @ 7:30 am. I'm not sure how I lost a pound in almost exactly 24 hours 😅. I am going to weight my self again later today just to see what it's says. My goal today is to workout and eat healthy. Yesterday was literally a day full of only carbs.
06/03 193.2 I didn't stick to the goal of exercise and my eating healthy. So those are my goals for today.
06/04 took Sabbath 💖
06/05 scale needs new batteries

First time MFP user, first time dedicated weight loss campaign😅
*Started on December 27, 2021at 190 lbs* was doing it on my own since then by cutting out process food, refined carbs, high fat content with a new exercise regiment. Hit a plateau around mid April after I contacted covid-19. I was looking for ways to get out of that plateau when someone on Facebook mentioned macros nutrition and MFP. I didn't know what macro was so I did some Google before deciding to give MFP a chance.
Joining MFP SW May 24, 2022 = 162 lbs
GW Sept 30, 2022= 130 lbs
UGW Dec 31st 2022= 110 lbs
