I really struggle with the excess of fat lerking above my c section scare. I'm guessing once the muscles have repaired fully it may go down it for no I look like kangaroo.

I'm on a fitness program exercising 3/4 times a week, no carbs but protein and Veg. I had a baby 10months ago via c-section so hopefully that will go but the weight is dropping off the rest of me, my tummy is the last. Any tips?

I'm on day 5 of no carb and have lost a lb already brilliant! How can I up my fat intake? Why would I do this?
