Hello I am needing motivation. I need to lose 60 pounds. I've lost 13 pounds just started 3 weeks ago. Been difficult to lose weight. I work 11 hours a day. Hard to get in a work out. I do squats before I go to bed. You can add me as a friend! I'll accept everyone! Always looking for motivation and recipes. :) thanks
