Your most likely eating more calories then you think your confusing. Do you track your calories or weigh out your food by any chance? This can potentially give you an clear indication of why your not losing weight.

Protein effects muscle mass, carbohydrates gives you energy and fats regulate hormones. If your goal is just to lose weight than macros don't matter!

Using a food scale to measure your food is absolutely needed. Would suggest you invest in one, you will defintely lose weight my weighing your food :D

Binge as well. I usually diet with a friend or compete with somebody to keep myself goal oriented.

These scales are necessarily accurate. Look at the mirror and judge for yourself

If you take your TDEE and subtract 500, you would lost one pound in a week. One pound is 3500 calories so 500 multiplied by 7 is 3500. Is 2658 your cutting calories? seems a bit high

Gaining weight is when you consume to much calories. Protein has nothing to do with it. 25 grams of protein is nothing, you actually need more! I recommend 1 gram per pound of lean body mass. Many people go for 1 gram per pound of body weight though. :D
