Thanks. I'll take ALLLLL that into consideration and will definitely take a stand back and fix it all. At least the bit I can do on my own.

Some of my binges go on for like 2 days straight before I stop and kinda gather myself and start fresh. Mostly on weekends.

But I think I'll do a lot more meal replacements. I did a liquid diet a while a ago and that sorta works so I may do that too.

I'm not saying that everyday is the same amount of calories. At some point after a while all of my calories may add up to 1000. I just don't eat 1000 calories a day..I never do

Like it's hard to not stuff my face pass a calorie limit I set for myself....it's possible. I function, I just have to away up my water intake

On some days it's harder than others. I work out a *kitten* ton and I'll eat at most 100 calories a day. That's if I don't skip a day

I can't get 1000 calories in a day. Maybe that much within 2 maybe 3 weeks but not in a day
