  • I've completed a number of medical exams now- this has ruled out asthma, allergies, structural heart defects, and arrhythmias (I hope I spelled that right!). The last recommended test that I don't have results for is a sleep study to find out if I have sleep apnea.
  • Thanks for sharing! A lot of what you've said reinforces my own experiences. I do find that I progress very slowly, but that running and lifting weights have helped. :)
  • I agree, same thing happens to me. A day or two later I'll be back to my average weight. Adding exercise has also helped, but I've been taking advantage of the "extra" calories-- so I'm basically maintaining instead of losing weight.

I don't think that supplements are necessary, most are stimulants and in the past some have even been taken off of the market (like fen-fen, fentanol).
