  • What a great group! Will shoot for 40 miles this month. So far have done about 3! :) So awesome to hear about others setting fitness/running goals and completing them. Subgoal - to daily fit in the workout and not let work get in the way.
  • Glad to hear others are dealing with the fitting in workouts while working long, long hours. I'm finding most success with going to the gym in the a.m. and preparing *everything* the night before for work (clothes, kitchen, meals, notes to family, pets) so that getting out the door is more likely....
