For myself, I'm a bit of a planner. I like planning things out in advance, so for me, pre-logging my meals the night before helps me a bit. That way I know what I get the next day. I usually leave a few hundred calories for snacks that I can decide what I want later, but I will pre-log lunch and dinner.
