I relate to how you feel. I didn't feel positive about my own weightloss until I hit 15lbs. I strongly suspect once I hit 30lbs I'm going to feel proud. Unfortunately initial quick results weren't sustainable for me so my overall weightloss is slower than I'd like it to be.

I was eyeballing the coffee and croissant in your food diary and it's both funny and inspiring that you drove 42 miles for it. I feel like we could be related. If you wondered how many people would also do that I can assure you I would. 😆

Surgery is not your only option. Just because 1 diet doesn't work doesn't mean they don't work. I've tried regular deficit, keto, dairy and gluten free and low carb diets. I was only able to steadily lose weight on a gluten and dairy free food plan. I spent 90days fully committed to each eating plan before finding one that…

19,314 steps today Some of those steps were carrying heavy groceries and some were moving our first family recliner. My feet are very sore and the right one hurts but a good night's rest will surely fix me up. All in all it was a great day. I did have trouble feeling good about my progress today. I woke up having a low…

Also getting groceries delivered can break the habit of guilty pleasure trips down the snack aisles too.

So there's tricks but you won't like them. One thing I do is plan a walk and not bring money each day. So if you can't resist the snacks lock down your wallet in a way that hinders you buying them. Also find lower calorie substitutions that are good. I eat Van's gluten free waffels with 90% fewer calories light cabin syrup…

15012 step count for today. There's a 40minute jog in place(while watching TWD) I don't know the steps for because I was using the faulty pedometer. I think my step counts will dramatically improve now that they're being counted correctly.🙂 I drank 2 litters of water and will try a 3rd just before bed. I was within my…

I agree with the above that it probably wasn't the weightloss but simply life. I'm 28 almost 29 and got my first and only forehead line at 20... it's stayed put but no companions yet.

BTW my doctor said about 1 in 5 women who tried it from her office gained 30lbs or so but different BC's effect different women in unique ways. It was a great BC for one of my close friends.

I gained so much weight so fast I needed to have it removed in under 5 months. I'm talking at least 50lbs. I have never gained that much that fast in my life and in 3months of having it removed I lost a lot of the weight. It was horrific... I do NOT recommend it. I've been on Depo, many BC pills ect none caused weight gain…

It's okay to just enjoy your vacation. The biggest concern is if you drink and eat a bunch of junk you'll probably throw up if you've been in a deficit for a while not drinking. Try to keep it modest but still have fun.

So my manual pedometer is massively undercounting I had thought it was a little lower but today I jogged in place with it on for 40minutes and then took it and my phone on a walk I'm well aware is over 10,000 steps. The phone which had not had a 40minute jogg before my walk was almost doubling the steps using google fit so…

I gained 30lbs in 3 months. It killed me to step on the scale but it was the smartest thing I could've done because it inspired me to stick to a calorie deficit and exercise routine. You don't have to weigh yourself but even when it hurts most of the time it holds people accountable. My advice is this tell yourself this is…

When my father who I am a care taker for broke his wrist and cracked his knee 2 years ago it absolutly emotionally wrecked me for the majority of the bone mending time. I was fortunate I didn't gain a bunch of weight but I relate to what you're going through and if you need to talk my inbox is always open. I felt like…

Very low calorie diet is any diet plan under 1200calories for women and 1500 for men. Very low calorie diets are not safe without medical supervision and this app has fail safes to discourage dangerously understating. Gal stones, heart attacks, hair loss, fainting and mood swings are the most common side effects of very…

I appreciate that you didn't jump to assumptions. I am an emotional eater and I struggle with binge eating. To adjust to 1720 calories after I've been not logging my food and eating say 3,000+ calories is very hard the first 2 weeks. I studied both mental health resources like weightloss meditation and appetite…

It's not when you eat but what and how much. So if your appetite is suppressed morning and night you could do 1cup bag salad plain and a protien bar and have notable night time calories to play with while also making sure you have energy in the day by eating a little bit. If you're eating to much or very unhealthy at night…

So I've been maintaining a high activity level since April while in a continuous deficit. I have averaged 4 poor eating days a month. I'm working on that but having snacks for my daughter is a sore point because I like them too. Right now is a huge struggle in my motivation too because my reason for timed weightloss has…

How much damage can 1 bad week do? If you get back to healthy living 1 bad week in a year is nothing let alone the rest of your life.

Ask yourself is this good enough for the rest of your life. At this point you sound like you're hiding who you are to please this person and that's not what love looks like that's codependency. When you talk about your feelings and your partner dismisses you or calls that combative typically you're with a person you are…

6/5/21 11,192 steps so far I'll update if I do anymore walking. I'm on day 2 of a 48hour diet break. I meant to keep it to 24 hours but I have pretty restrictive for a long time and didn't want to go back to eating in my deficit until having an unholy amount of hot cheetos and a giant bluberry muffin. That being said it's…

Just updating I'm down 15lbs and still need a 5lb loss in June.

Let me start with the fact that I get more positive feedback than negative. It's almost exclusively women who shoot the dirty look. It's not RBF either because the expression changes when looking at me. I was very hearing impaired as a child so I use body language and face cues more than most hearing people. I think it's…

I use measurements, weight, pictures of myself side by side and the opinion of someone trusted as well as feel and new clothing size as I get smaller. It's a little harder but doable.

I do one elbow plank for the time being. I'm trying to build up to 4 minutes but 1min 30sec is still very hard. I don't increase my time more than every 15days because I only do one. I'm hoping to see 2 minutes by July. I don't follow a challenge because I intend to keep planking long term and there's not much benifit to…

Oh and 6/2 plank was 1min 30 sec. I forgot to add it.🙂
