Hello, I'm in the same boat. I don't know how much 3-4 stones are but I have about 80 to loose.

I'm close to 300 too. I have recently married into a family of (for the most part) healthy and skinny. My first goal is 80 lb loss. I would also be interested in your process with the obesity specialist.
