  • I've been doing IF for 4 weeks, cycling between 16/8, 18/6 and 14/10. Skip breakfast every day. Little to no carbs or fats 2 hours before bed. Cardio twice a week for 30 minutes on an elliptical. Lost 15 lbs. (195 to 180, I'm 6'2"). Love IF.
