  • Hi, say you had a banana at breakfast, i’d type it in search choose the closest and select, (calories, amount) it should add to your food diary so you can just tap to add next time. If you have soup for lunch, you could scan the bar code on the tin. Hope this helps any other ? Message me i’ll do my best to help
  • Made my mind up this morning and downloaded MFP app again need to make a change. So far so good
