  • Had my first session last night. We did a fitness test first and this will be repeated at the end to see the changes in performance.   • Thanks! I live in a wee fishing village beside Buckie (Scotland). I got my % fat done through (Wright Fitness) who are doing the boot camp. They have a machine that measures it. I was planning / thinking of documenting the whole six weeks just so I can see the changes (if any :D )
