@Wolfger Do not get too discouraged. A plateau is probably what you have officially hit. Your body has gotten use to your routine and you are probably going to have to shake things up a bit to start a loosing streak again.

I lost all the water weight from previous week before plus more this week putting me at 9.2 lb loss. I was extremely shocked so I moved my scale to see if I still got same reading and I did. I will take it! This will probably mean I have a very low weight read next week. I am still walking/jogging daily for my 5K coming up…

My moment came when I couldn't ride the water slides at Great Wolf Lodge with my kids and then a short week later when I couldn't fit in the seats at the auditorium at my kids school. Now here I am 6 weeks later with a 30 lb. loss so far and still going.

If a craving hits during the day I will go for a walk, read, look up future vacation destinations, or shop, lol. Now at night I generally choose to just go to bed.

June 3rd I will be doing a 5k in support of brain tumor research in downtown Columbus in support of my dad. I did it last year with the family and struggled very hard to finish. I want this bad for ME! I have gone through some health issues this year and most is 100% weight related. I am doing this for my health, to feel confident again, to feel great, and be able to run with my kids.
