Mines not completely accurate I had a coughing fit once and did 400 steps but then when I do 2k on the cross trainer it doesn't log more than a couple hundred steps! I stick to the calories it tells me on here and just log in my workout calories from my Fitbit x

I'm 27 with 2 kids aged 10&3 pre pregnancy weighed 100lbs and am now 130lbs but can't shift the belly no matter how hard I try! I gained 75 pounds first time around and am resigned to never getting a flat belly back after being streached to oblivion. I stick to 1200 cals or under a day and exercise 4 times a week
