This isn't my first time around either, but I really want to make it stick this time, too. I've been heavy my whole life and want to make changes to lose over 100lbs and be able to keep up with my very active little boy. I'd love to have friends to support and to be supported by.

Maybe if you're tired of just plain water you can get some of those water additives to add some flavor and sweetness with not a lot of calories. I used to get them in powered form in packets, but there are a lot of liquid options out there now, too.
